Gold Plated 

To keep your jewellery looking its best for as long as possible:

  • Avoid swimming, sweating, showering and sleeping in your jewellery.
  • Always put your jewellery on after moisturiser, make up and perfume have been applied as they may contain chemicals that can cause tarnishing or oxidisation.
  • Only clean your jewellery with a soft dry cotton or microfibre cloth. Do not over polish as this may damage the gold plating. 

Freshwater Pearls 

  • Avoid getting your pearls wet. This includes swimming or showering, as they are very delicate, and chemicals like chlorine can strip the pearl's shine.
  • Always put your pearls on after moisturiser, make up and perfume have been applied as they may contain chemicals that can cause damage. 
  • Avoid wearing your pearl's during activities that may cause sweating, as pearls can react negatively to body acids. 
  • Only clean your pearls gently with a microfibre cloth or mild washing liquid, as harsh chemicals can damage the pearl's delicate surface.
