Returns
We hope you love your Sina Studio pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Sina Studio cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
To arrange a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and details of your return.
Faulty or damaged items

Warranty
Each Sina Studio piece is carefully handmade and checked before it is sent to you.
We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing faults, including faults with clasps, findings or components under normal wear.
As our jewellery is delicate, the warranty does not cover damage caused by general wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling, loss, or failure to follow our jewellery care recommendations.
Natural variations in pearls, stones and handmade components are part of the individual character of each piece and are not considered faults.
If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing fault, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll be happy to assess it.
Where an item is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will offer an appropriate repair, replacement or other remedy.
Australian Consumer Law
Our warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies you may have under those laws.
